Policies

To protect our service providers’ time and money we have a few policies:



Cancellation policy: If a customer cancels within 24 hours they will be charged 25% of the service booked.



Late policy: There is a 10 minute grace period for a customer to be late. After 10 minutes it is up to the stylist/esthetician to determine if the customer needs to reschedule.



No show policy: If a customer does not show for their appointment they will be charged 50% of the service booked. After the third time, they will no longer be able to prebook and will only be able to book services day-of.
